Strategy Picture for FTF a
Being in the midst of a major strategy process FTF a invited us onboard. Allignment, tactical competence development, values, core services and result contract were keywords.
After one day, 3 parallel workshops, 1000+ ideas and lots of visual strategy picture input we ended out with one strategy-picture covering the entire strategy and a clear communication guideline ensuring allignment.
The strategy picture and the communication guideline was excellently revealed in small steps until every employee understood all elements of the strategy.
The 1000+ ideas were converted into 100 idea-areas that are being prioritized and delegated throughout the organization turning into realized concepts.
Next step is hardcore implementation of a truly living strategy through tactical competence development and a result contract 2018.
